Acceptance of any offering, tithe, first fruit or any support for project is at the discretion of Ziongate International Christian Centre. Ziongate International Christian Centre will not accept any payment unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of Ziongate International Christian Centre.
No irrevocable payment, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances the payment would jeopardize the donor’s financial security.
Ziongate International Christian Centre will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of financial payments and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of giving any payment.
Ziongate International Christian Centre will accept payments of cash or publicly traded securities. Payments will be accepted at the discretion of the Ziongate International Christian Centre.
With respect to anonymous payment, Ziongate International Christian Centre will restrict information about the Giver to only those staff members with a need to know.
Ziongate International Christian Centre will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift payment to the Ziongate International Christian Centre.
